Melissa Joined us in the summer of 2023 to assist with Administrative support. However, Melissa soon became involved with the work we do in the mediation department and identified this as an aspiration of hers to train as a mediator. With her determination and motivation her aspiration soon came to fruition with Melissa completing her Foundation training in 2024 and is now working towards accreditation.
Melissa currently mediates on child only issues and offers legal aid and the Family Mediation voucher. She also collaborates with the members of the team who offer child inclusive mediation so that children’s voices can also be heard in her own mediations. Melissa also co Mediates on Financial issues.
